We are seeking a seasoned Breakwater Construction Specialist with a degree in Civil Engineering and extensive experience in port and marine infrastructure development to lead our Trivandrum project.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with expertise in coastal and marine engineering to contribute to the growth of key coastal infrastructure in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Construction of Breakwater Systems: Lead the design, planning, and construction of breakwaters to ensure port infrastructure protection.
  • Project Management: Oversee port expansion projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Coastal & Marine Engineering: Apply hydrodynamics, coastal erosion, and sediment transport expertise to optimize breakwater and shoreline protection systems.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with government bodies, environmental agencies, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution and regulatory compliance.
  • Safety & Environmental Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to HSE guidelines and sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact during construction.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in breakwater construction, port development, or coastal engineering projects.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing breakwater systems, including knowledge of materials, hydrodynamics, and coastal processes.
  • Ability to manage large teams and collaborate across departments to meet project goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in challenging coastal environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B.E. (Civil Engineering) or equivalent.
  • Coastal Engineering Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience working in similar coastal environments.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the design, construction, and management of port and marine infrastructure projects in Trivandrum, Kerala.
