About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding full-time on-site role that involves designing, implementing, and managing WAN solutions. As a Network Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-performance network infrastructures, ensuring seamless communication between teams and departments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot complex network issues and optimize network performance;
  • Configure and manage Cisco devices to ensure secure and efficient network operation;
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective network strategies;
  • Provide exceptional technical support to clients and internal stakeholders;

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in WAN implementation and management;
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco firewall devices;
  • In-depth knowledge of network security principles and best practices;
  • Solid understanding of LAN/WAN/MAN buildouts and infrastructure design;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities;
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred;
  • Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP are highly desirable;
  • Experience in IT facilities management and technical support is beneficial.
