We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Network Team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Center Network Design and Implementation: Lead the design, implementation, maintenance, and management of Cloud Network Infrastructure, including physical and Software Defined Networking (SDN) framework.
  2. Network Performance and Availability: Ensure high availability, flexibility, and network performance while meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
  3. Documentation Management: Maintain, audit, review, and update infrastructure documentation.
  4. Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with clients and team members on day-to-day changes, incidents, and requests. Lead a team of Network Engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  5. Performance Metrics and Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify risks and provide recommendations.
  6. Project Proposal Development: Develop and deliver technical proposals for cloud network infrastructure projects.
  7. Technical Validation: Manage technical validation activities, including Proof of Concept.
Requirements
  • Data Center Experience: 6-8 years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining DataCenter networks, L2/L3 technologies, routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
  • Network Technologies: Strong understanding of Data Center network technologies, including WAN & Routing technologies (Leased lines, GRE VPNs, IPSEC, BGP, OSPF, VRRP/HSRP, EVPN), Security technologies (Firewalls, ACLs, NAT, IPS, IDS, RADIUS, TACACS+, IAS, VPN technologies), Switching (VLANs, VXLAN, LACP, EtherChannel, 802.3ad, VTP, 802.1q), QoS, network monitoring protocols (SNMP, NetFlow), and tools (Zabbix, PRTG).
  • SDN Expertise: Good knowledge of SDN technologies, preferably hands-on experience with VMWare NSX, Juniper Contrail/Tungsten, Arista, or Cisco.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex problems quickly.
  • Leadership and Project Management: Self-starter with effective project management skills and completion of complex network tasks.
  • Team Leadership: Experience leading a team of at least 4 people in this role.
