Property Operations Manager

The Property Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a property, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage and train property teams, including front office, housekeeping, and security staff
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences through proactive feedback collection and issue resolution
  • Build and maintain relationships with key vendors and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in multi-property or branch-level operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to handle large and diverse teams
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest, team, and vendor interactions
