About the Role:

As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of our systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of system administration, IT support, and supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities include providing end-to-end support for all Supply Chain solutions, serving as the immediate technical contact for business users, and troubleshooting, resolving, and escalating issues.

You will also manage automation infrastructure for DCs, MDCs, and Ship Hubs to ensure smooth and reliable operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with applications such as HighJump Warehouse Management System, Oracle, SQL, Service Now, Genesys, Dispatch Track, Mercury Gate, Logility is preferred but not required.
