Job Description:

Designation: Financial Analyst Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop financial models, conduct financial analysis, and formulate an investment thesis on the sector you work on.
  • Analyse every industry/company data point available in the public domain.
  • Making presentations and presenting convincing ideas to the team.
  • Shared administrative responsibilities with the team members.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Keen interest in capital markets.
  • Ability to understand businesses and sectors they operate in.
  • Strong skills in financial modelling, analysing income statements-balance sheet-cash flows and valuing companies.
  • Prior experience in building operating and financial models of companies and industries.
  • Basic principles of equity valuation.
  • Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience (sell-side or buy-side experience preferred).

A small but talented team with a flat organisational structure endeavours to identify mis-understood situations and abnormal stock movements through in-depth valuation.
