Job Title: Business Financial Analyst

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive accounting professional to manage core accounting functions, support financial reporting, and ensure accurate financial documentation in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger management, and bank reconciliations.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes accurately and on time.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support payroll processing and statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, and PF.
  • Coordinate with auditors and assist in internal and external audits.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial data and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the food or FMCG Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software SAP and MS Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CMA or MCOM
  • Experience with inventory accounting or cost analysis.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and GST return filing.
