The Senior Analyst role is key to identifying major financial and customer improvement opportunities by leveraging online business data. This involves partnering with team members to build compelling insights and recommendations that drive positive performance and outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding online and e-commerce business at a category level, including onsite behavior, marketing channels, product preferences, and qualitative feedback.
  • Building on-the-fly dashboards, applying advanced analytics methods to draw insights, and translating them into business recommendations.
  • Maintaining and distributing daily, weekly, and event reports, as well as conducting market studies and providing competitive intelligence to enhance customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, finance, or a related field, and strong technical skills in Excel, SQL, Python, R, and visualization tools.
