Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation and Electrical Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient management of preventive maintenance and breakdowns of instruments and electrical equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instrumentation and electrical engineering, with experience in managing maintenance activities, coordinating with regional teams, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing departmental activities, handling compliance-related tasks, and ensuring timely calibration of field instruments. You will also guide subordinates in repair and maintenance activities and ensure proper operation of equipment during maintenance and calibration.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and validating new equipment, as well as sizing and selecting proper instruments. You will also plan, schedule, and carry out shut-down maintenance jobs and coordinate with external vendors and other departments.

This is a challenging opportunity for a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of instrumentation and electrical engineering principles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • B.E./B.Tech. in Instrumentation or Electronics & Communication
  • 10-12 years of experience in maintenance of plant
  • Training cum Certification course on Radiation Safety Aspects of Nucleonic Gauges
  • Active registration on ELORA AERB Website for Radiation Professional
