Job Title: Master of Electrical Systems

As a master of electrical systems, you will oversee the maintenance activities for electrical, electronics, and instrumentation systems to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of plant operations.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supervising maintenance teams to ensure minimal breakdowns and maximum availability of machines and equipment.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues in machine panels, drive systems, SCADA, PLCs, and automation controls.
  • Planning and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinating with production and other departments for smooth plant operations.
  • Maintaining documentation of maintenance activities, breakdown analysis, and equipment history.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and statutory requirements in all electrical & instrumentation works.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes and systems.
  • Training and developing maintenance team members on new technologies and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including circuit design, wiring, and installation.
  • Experience with SCADA, PLCs, and automation controls.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
