Administrative Leadership Role
- We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing staff, facilities, and resources.
- This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organizational tasks, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently.
- The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in administrative roles and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Responsibilities include:
- Managing employee attendance records, access cards, and related documentation.
- Supporting HR and Finance teams in administrative tasks like onboarding formalities, asset issuance, and expense management.
- Preparing and maintaining reports, MIS, and documentation related to administrative activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email etiquette.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail with problem-solving skills & others.
