Leadership Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our network and cloud infrastructure team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, driving process excellence, and delivering top-notch service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a talented team of network and cloud administrators.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive operational efficiency by streamlining processes and implementing best practices.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in network and cloud infrastructure support, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Knowledge of patching network and server infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and operational best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • General experience with Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, VMWare, AWS, Windows, Linux) and Network Technology (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Aruba ClearPass).
