Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to solar string inverters remotely and onsite.

- Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers via phone or onsite visits.

- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve issues promptly.

- Perform commissioning testing and maintenance of solar string inverter systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and reliability.

- Document all service activities technical solutions and customer interactions.

- Train customers and internal teams on system operation and maintenance.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide proactive technical support.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering electronics renewable energy or related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or field service engineering specifically with solar string inverters.

- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to power electronics and renewable energy systems.
