Job Description

We are looking for an experienced product manager who can craft solutions for the higher education market and contribute to our mission. Our objectives are to understand user needs and deliver innovative products that drive outstanding user experiences and impactful business outcomes.

About the Role

We are the voice of the customer: Talk to customers to understand what features they need and turn those insights into exciting products that serve their students. Work with development, QA, documentation, product support, and services to ensure smooth delivery of highly anticipated features.

Collaboration is key to success in this role. Serve as a user-representative who can convey functional requirements to technical audiences and drive product development life cycles. Provide field teams with demos or presentations to prospective customers.

In this role, you will design features and define functional requirements, track and report progress against goals, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of the product using agile methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • 4+ years of product owner experience or working closely with a product manager to translate customer and market needs into product deliverables and release support through the entire product life cycle
