Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient front office administrator to handle various tasks with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and call forwarding.
- Providing exceptional customer service to visitors.
- Ensuring the front desk area is well-organized and tidy.
- Managing correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
- Coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Performing basic administrative tasks, including data entry and record maintenance.
- Ordering and managing office supplies and stock levels.
- Facility & Office Coordination:
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
- Collaborating with vendors and staff for smooth operations.
- Resolving minor technical issues efficiently.
Required Knowledge/Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent call management and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a front-office or administration role.
