The ideal candidate will be able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism, while providing exceptional support to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for senior leaders
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes for leadership meetings
- Ensure effective communication through strong written and verbal skills
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain office supplies, facilities, and logistics
- Organize company events, town halls, and engagement activities
- Liaise between Centre Head and stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups and deliverables
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and databases
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and project updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in executive administration, preferably in a global technology or engineering environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
