Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Job Summary:
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for handling Middle Market customers, comprising Channel sales, Direct Customer, and Corporate Account. The role involves generating new accounts, business growth, area coverage, technical support, and New Channel Partner recruitment. The Sales Account Manager will provide support to channel partners to get sales and train their service engineers. The role requires meeting operating plans, collecting payments, and maintaining DSO. The Sales Account Manager will travel to the Eastern UP and Bihar Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Sales Account Manager will provide direction and assistance to channels to meet assigned objectives. In this role, you will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
- The Sales Account Manager will focus on Suez-WTS CMS (Cooling, Boiler, Waste water, Membrane Chemicals) selling and expand and maintain customer accounts with Channels and Corporate Account.
- The Sales Account Manager will provide technical training, input to channel teams, customer trouble shooting, value generation, and value selling at customer sites.
- The Sales Account Manager will actively listen to customers/Market needs and provide effective technical service to resolve issues and inquiries.
- The Sales Account Manager will drive growth by continuously creating and selling customer value propositions, geographical coverage, meeting End User/OEM for assigned territory. Focus on our competitive advantage while leveraging our broad product portfolio.
- The Sales Account Manager will serve as a knowledgeable resource to customers using SUEZ-WTS technology to solve identified water treatment Product needs.
- The Sales Account Manager will partner cross-functionally within the organization to optimize our solutions offering.
- The Sales Account Manager will develop a plan to effectively meet sales targets by meeting or exceeding key metrics for revenue, account retention.
- The Sales Account Manager will learn and maintain awareness of all safety and environmental practices.
- The Sales Account Manager will maintain knowledge of market trends, competitive actions, product needs, and customer base.
- The Sales Account Manager will participate in Marketing Activities like Exhibitions, Seminars, and Conferences.
Qualifications:
Experience Required: 4-8 Years
Education: Bachelor's Engg degree or Diploma/Science PG from an accredited university or college.
