Senior FIX Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior FIX Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the FIX protocol and be able to apply their technical expertise to solve complex problems.

The role involves collaborating with various teams, including Sales, Implementations, Development, Product Dev, and Support. You'll engage in external communication with clients' tech teams and participate in strategic projects, such as system improvements and regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarity with FIX protocol (ver. 4.2/4.4)
  • Programming language experience (Java, C++, C, Python)
  • Unix/Linux-based O/S Applications
  • Database experience with SQL queries (Oracle/SQL)
  • FIX certification process understanding
  • Electronic trading environment experience
  • Networking protocols and VPN knowledge
  • Asset class exposure (Equities, Futures, Options, FX)
  • Training and mentoring junior team members
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and TCP/IP concepts

Desirable Skills:

  • Scripting knowledge (Shell/Python)
  • Algorithmic Trading familiarity
  • OMS/EMS or trading firm experience
  • Process development and tooling experience
