Client Services Liaison

Interactive Brokers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our client support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing timely and accurate information to resolve their queries.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services, including our trading platforms and financial instruments.
- Assist clients with account opening, funding, and maintenance, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
- Provide training and support to clients on our trading platforms, including the Trader Workstation, to ensure they can effectively utilize our services.
- Investigate and resolve trade-related issues, including margin requirements, trade executions, and order problems.
- Stay up-to-date with securities regulations and their impact on clients, ensuring compliance and providing expert guidance.
- 2+ years of experience in trading or brokerage services, with a strong background in financial markets and regulations.
- University degree (Bachelor's) required, with a focus on finance, economics, or a related field.
- NCFM/NISM certifications in capital markets, derivatives, and currency derivatives, or equivalent experience.
- High-level proficiency in MS Excel, with experience in data analysis and financial modeling.
- Fluent English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
