Key Responsibilities

  • Familiarity with instrumentation and hands-on experience in DCS 800 X manufacturing ecosystems is essential.
  • Experience in repairing and calibrating process field equipment's such as mass flow meters, temperature sensors, pressure gauges, level transmitters, load cell systems, networking, and communication systems is required.
  • The ability to guide maintenance teams in solving technical issues and implementing effective preventive maintenance plans is crucial.
  • Developing corrective actions and preventive measures to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in instrumentation, maintenance engineering, and repair.
  • Background in equipment maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance techniques is necessary for success in this role.
