Job Opportunity: Medical Device Field Service Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our medical device service team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment such as ultrasound machines, CT scanners, X-ray systems, and CR/DR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and maintenance of medical imaging equipment including CR Systems, X-Ray, Ultrasound, and CT Scan devices.
- Troubleshooting technical issues with medical equipment to ensure smooth operation and high client satisfaction.
- Providing excellent customer service and interacting with clients and medical staff effectively.
Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of medical equipment and its operations.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
