Job Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our operations and business development efforts in Uttar Pradesh, India. This is a full-time role with a permanent location in Lucknow.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing business development, daily operations, recruitment, compliance with company policies, and driving overall growth and performance of the branch.
Mandatory Skills
- At least 7+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager or Senior Sales/BD Role
- 5+ years of elevator industry experience in leading companies required
- Ability to understand and translate engineering drawings essential
- Strong business development and strategic planning skills
- Excellent understanding of elevator industry standards and regulations
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and revenue growth in the region
- Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies
- Recruit and train team members for the territory
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve branch performance
