We are seeking an experienced IT Professional to join our organization. This role is responsible for the administration and monitoring of IT systems, ensuring seamless operation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and monitor IT platforms with a focus on ScienceLogic SL1.
  • Develop strong knowledge of SL1 architecture, collectors, and PowerPacks as well as SNMP, WMI, SSH, and API-based data collection.
  • Create event policies and escalation rules, and design dashboards/reports in SL1.
  • Integrate with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools, and tune alerts to reduce noise.
  • Work with hybrid IT systems (on-prem, AWS, Azure, GCP) and automate tasks using scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
  • Understand ITIL processes (incident, change, problem) and troubleshoot database issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT system administration with at least 2+ years hands-on with ScienceLogic SL1.
  • Expertise in tuning alerts and reducing noise.
  • Familiarity with hybrid IT systems (on-prem, AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Hands-on scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem).
  • Knowledge of database troubleshooting and fixes.
