Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud/Fusion professional to join our team. As an experienced consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and delivering end-to-end solutions using Oracle Fusion. Your expertise in Oracle Finance, HCM technical, HCM functional, SCM, Analytics, and Technical areas will be crucial in driving business success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading teams and ensuring timely delivery. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. You should be able to analyze complex problems, identify key issues, and develop effective solutions.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to possess strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment. A certification in Oracle is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Implementation: Design, implement, and deliver Oracle Fusion solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion, including finance, HCM, SCM, and analytics modules.
  • Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders, provide regular updates, and communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field, or equivalent certification (CA/CMA).

Experience: 2-12 years of experience in Oracle implementation and project management, with a proven track record of success.

Certification: Oracle Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
