We seek an accomplished Head of Total Rewards to spearhead our compensation and benefits strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global compensation framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Oversee the creation and improvement of rewards programs, including short-term incentives (STIPs), long-term incentives (LTIPs), and executive compensation.
  • Design and implement a job architecture model to ensure consistent and equitable job classifications across the organization.
  • Conduct global compensation benchmarking to maintain competitiveness in attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Lead the development of compensation surveys, cost models, and market analysis to ensure alignment with industry standards and company goals.
  • Administer and manage global benefits programs, ensuring consistency and competitiveness across regions while meeting employee needs.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in senior Total Rewards or Compensation leadership roles, preferably within a global IT services or technology company.
  • Strong expertise in establishing and managing global compensation frameworks and job architectures.
  • In-depth experience with compensation benchmarking, STIPs, LTIPs, and executive compensation practices.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including data modeling, statistical analysis, and advanced Excel functions.
  • Excellent understanding of market trends in compensation and benefits, particularly within the IT services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and present ideas persuasively.
