Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager/Senior Executive to oversee the end-to-end testing activities for Equity Cash and Equity Derivatives Exchange systems.


  • To ensure seamless trading, risk management, and settlement operations across multiple modules by preparing comprehensive test plans and estimations, as well as managing the design and execution of test cases.
  • Effectively communicate test progress reports to various stakeholders including business, technology, and compliance teams through clear and concise reporting.
  • Collaborate in Exchange Mock Trading and Market Simulation Activities to validate system performance and identify areas for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with strong academic records.
  • Professional testing certifications from reputable institutions will be given due consideration.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing testing activities within the BFSI sector.
  • Direct experience with Equity Cash and/or Equity Derivatives exchange systems is highly preferred.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of system testing metrics and methodologies for high-availability, low-latency trading systems.
  • Proven data analysis and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure market environments.

Technical Competencies:

  • Detailed understanding of exchange trading platforms, clearing, and settlement systems.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages and database systems.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements from SEBI, exchanges, and clearing corporations.
