We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead ServiceNow QA Tester with Business Analyst experience in Workday HR and Colleague to join our team.

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing test cases for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests. You will also perform end-to-end testing of employee processes that cross multiple systems from Workday to ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the integrity of ServiceNow and Workday integrations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate test documentation, including test plans, cases, and results.
  • Evaluate the performance of integrated systems under different loads, particularly for real-time integrations.
  • Conduct thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact.

Requirements:

  • Extensive ServiceNow Tester experience.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HR and Colleague.
  • Experience with testing data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via their respective APIs.
  • Expertise in workflow automation and performance testing.
