- Drive Employee Onboarding: Assist in preparing essential documents, induction materials, and first-day experiences that make joiners feel right at home.
- Manage HRIS Systems: Support in maintaining accurate data on our HR information system, ensuring all details are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Streamline Employee Exit: Help with offboarding formalities, including exit letters, documentation, and collecting feedback to ensure a smooth transition.
- Support Policy Development: Collaborate in drafting, updating, and communicating People policies that reflect our culture and values.
- Coordinate Events & Engagement: Organize book clubs, tech meetups, and casual team check-ins to foster a sense of community and connection among team members.
- Maintain Compliance & Admin: Assist in documentations, agreements, and record-keeping to keep us audit-ready.
- Pulse Checks: Collect and summarize employee feedback to continuously improve our services.
- AI Innovation: Experiment with AI best practices to enhance efficiency and drive process improvements.
To succeed in this role, you'll have hands-on experience in coordinating events, logistics, or administrative tasks. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets is also essential for managing data and reports. If you have a background in People Operations, Business Administration, or a related field, that's a bonus.
Your first 3 months will involve learning our systems, shadowing onboarding and admin tasks, owning data accuracy, vendor coordination, and supporting events. By the end of month 3, you'll be running onboarding end-to-end, managing ops independently, and providing insights for process improvement.
