**Job Title:** Program Management Expert


At Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), we are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Expert to oversee and manage the operations of multiple batches in the PGDM Online program.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring successful program delivery through effective planning, coordination, and execution. They will lead and supervise a team of batch coordinators to guarantee consistent quality across all batches.


We are looking for a multitasker capable of handling various responsibilities such as troubleshooting, addressing student queries, and collaborating with faculty and tech teams. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement and innovation in program management.


**Key Requirements:**



  • Proven experience in program management, preferably in education
  • Strong leadership and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Familiarity with online education platforms and tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent excel, ppt skills
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Experience in managing social media and digital marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in SEO, content creation, and social media analytics
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
