Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the operations of multiple batches in the PGDM Online program.

- Ensure successful program delivery through effective planning, coordination, and execution.

- Lead and supervise a team of batch coordinators to guarantee consistent quality across all

batches.

- Be a multitasker capable of handling various responsibilities such as troubleshooting,

addressing student queries, and collaborating with faculty and tech teams.

- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in program management.


Key Skills and Requirements:

- Essential qualification : PGDM/ MBA

- Proven experience in program management, preferably in education.

- Strong leadership and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Familiarity with online education platforms and tools.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent excel, ppt skills (Will have test to check the skills)

- Excellent spoken and written communications

- Experience in managing social media and digital marketing campaigns.

- Proficiency in SEO, content creation, and social media analytics.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Familiarity with online education and marketing in the academic space is a plus.
