Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Head MBA at Accurate Group of Institutions in Gautam Buddha Nagar. Our target is to complete 300 MBA seats for academic session 2025 for which are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admission Head to lead our MBA admissions team. This role is essential in developing and executing strategic enrollment initiatives, managing admissions operations, and ensuring the successful recruitment of high-potential students for our MBA program. The Admission Head will be responsible for implementing robust marketing and outreach strategies, overseeing the admissions process, and achieving enrollment targets while enhancing the student experience. Please note this is a TARGET BASED JOB. The applicant should be able to complete 300 admissions for MBA program . This can be done via direct conversions or through channel partners also.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in admissions, enrollments with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment / admission goals.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships and effectively convey the institution's value proposition.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, like Merrito etc.
- Candidate from Educational institution will be preferred
