Job Title : Delivery LeadYou will be responsible for the delivery of various projects and initiatives within our organization. To achieve this goal, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business partners, IT teams, and vendors, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budget plans.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and sponsors, facilitating open dialogue and issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Engage in knowledge sharing, mentoring, and coaching to support team growth and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement changes, driving continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in using project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in using project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
  • Strong understanding of technology back-end systems, data analysis, and reporting, with experience in SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Good knowledge of API's and web services, with experience in integrating third-party applications and services.
