Job Title: Legal Advisor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned legal advisor to provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of real estate law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic legal counsel to internal stakeholders on matters related to real estate development, acquisition, and management.
  • Advise on civil and criminal matters, including contract negotiations and dispute resolution.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective legal frameworks to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases to track legal matters and ensure seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in handling legal matters as a practicing attorney-at-law or in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical knowledge of real estate law and related regulations, with the ability to stay up-to-date with emerging trends and developments.
