Real Estate Lawyer - Transaction Specialist | 8-10 Years PQE
">Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements for complex real estate transactions.
- Provide legal advice on property acquisitions, leases, and other real estate matters.
- Evaluate compliance with local real estate laws and regulatory requirements.
- Support dispute resolution and collaborate with external counsel when necessary.
- Conduct due diligence for property-related transactions.
- Offer strategic guidance on risk management and legal implications for real estate projects.
- Work closely with internal teams to align legal strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare reports and updates for senior management on legal matters.
">Requirements
- A degree in law from a recognized institution and relevant legal qualifications.
- PQE of 8-10 years.
- Experience in handling real estate matters, including property transactions and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in India, particularly in Maharashtra, Goa, and north India.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
