Job Title: Operations and Financial Support Specialist

  • Vendor Bills Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor bills, maintaining a transparent and efficient financial management system.
  • Vendor Statement Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of vendor statements to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or errors.
  • Bank Entries and Reconciliation: Accurately record and reconcile bank transactions, ensuring that all entries are up-to-date and correctly accounted for.
  • Credit Card Entries and Reconciliation: Process and reconcile credit card transactions, maintaining a clear and detailed record of all charges and payments.
  • Payroll Processing and Payroll Entries: Handle payroll processing and entries, including calculating wages, benefits, and other deductions in accordance with company policies and tax laws.
  • Preparation of customer invoices and mailing: Prepare and mail customer invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing and payment collection.
  • AR and Revenue Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts receivable and revenue records to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or errors.
  • Updating Document Checklist, Document Library and Client Reports: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including checklists, libraries, and client reports, to support effective communication and decision-making.
  • Sales Tax calculation and filing: Calculate and file sales tax returns accurately and on time, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Payroll Reconciliation: Conduct regular payroll reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or errors.
  • Accruals, Prepayments, Deferred Revenue, Depreciation and Month end adjustments: Record and manage accruals, prepayments, deferred revenue, depreciation, and month-end adjustments in accordance with accounting principles and company policies.
  • Internal communication for routine queries and questions: Provide timely and effective internal communication to resolve routine queries and questions from colleagues and management.
  • Review and preparation of financial statements: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

KPO Experience is a must-have skill for this role. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and be able to analyze data to inform business decisions.
