Job Overview
As a Finance Process & Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the finance function. Your key responsibilities will include providing critical metrics and reporting, coordinating financial analytics, and ensuring that the reporting functions are effectively supported.
You will work closely with various teams to facilitate smooth operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of financial processes. This role requires strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and metrics, as well as proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, with a focus on financial process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Experience in developing and implementing reporting frameworks, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with financial software and tools to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
