Job Overview

Nurture and convert qualified leads into paid customers, onboard and support each student end-to-end, maintain customer relationships, and execute targeted outreach to partners, influencers, and ambassadors.

  • Drive Conversions: Convert qualified inbound leads to paid enrollments via phone, WhatsApp, email, and video; own the funnel from first touch to payment.
  • Own Onboarding: Guide students through documents, timelines, and milestones; coordinate handoffs with operations through the visa stage.
  • CRM Excellence: Operate in CRM systems with rigorous pipeline hygiene, activity logging, segments/views, sequences, and weekly reporting.
  • Partner Outreach: Conduct targeted outreach to schools, counselors, influencers, and ambassadors to generate referrals and co-marketing.
  • Educate & Guide: Clearly explain pathways, timelines, and expectations; handle objections on fees, fit, and safety.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly conversion and collection goals.
  • Report Progress: Publish weekly dashboards on response times, contact attempts, show-up rate, conversion, and revenue collected.
  • Maintain Integrity: Engage only consented leads; keep records accurate and complete.
Qualifications and Skills

Experience Required: 3–6+ years in study-abroad/education services sales for the Indian market with consistent conversions.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing paid enrollments and meeting monthly targets.

Candidate Profile: Strong English communication skills; additional Indian languages are a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, basic GA4 awareness, spreadsheets; comfort with call recording/QA.
