Job Opportunity: Software Services Lead Generator
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our software services team as a Lead Generator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities by leveraging multiple lead generation strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients in target industries for software development, IT consulting, and digital transformation services.
- Utilize various channels such as email campaigns, CRM tools, industry directories, and networking events to generate qualified leads.
- Maintain an accurate and relevant database of prospects, ensuring data integrity.
- Engage prospects through initial outreach (cold calls, emails, social selling) to understand their business needs.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline).
- Schedule appointments and transfer qualified opportunities to the sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine lead generation campaigns.
- Track and report lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline growth using CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in lead generation, business development, or inside sales within the IT/software services industry.
- A solid understanding of software services including custom software development, web/mobile app development, cloud solutions, and IT consulting.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage decision-makers.
- A goal-oriented, self-motivated individual able to work independently as well as in a team.
- The ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet targets.
- Experience working with international clients (US, Europe, APAC).
