Job Summary

This role oversees real estate and facilities operations across a defined cluster of office and R&D sites. The position delivers localized leadership for real estate execution, site operations, and workplace experience while serving as a key connection point between internal business stakeholders, outsourced service providers, and the global real estate team.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field and ~10+ years' experience in real estate and/or facilities management within office and/or R&D environments. They should be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and real estate/FM systems, fluent in English (written and verbal), and willing to travel within India (~20%) and collaborate globally across time zones.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and engaging employee experience.
  2. Manage performance of outsourced facilities providers via a centrally coordinated FM model.
  3. Support real estate transactions, site fit-outs, space changes, and occupancy planning.
  4. Serve as the primary contact for local business leaders and end users.
  5. Lead regional implementation of global workplace strategies and initiatives.
  6. Promote adoption of global standards and support business continuity planning.
  7. Champion sustainability efforts at the site level, including energy, water, and waste reduction.
  8. Ensure compliance with internal ESG goals and environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  9. Support the deployment and adoption of smart workplace and building technologies.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • ~10+ years' experience in real estate and/or facilities management within office and/or R&D environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing outsourced FM service providers.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and real estate/FM systems.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Willingness to travel within India (~20%) and collaborate globally across time zones.
