Technical Lead Java

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to drive technology initiatives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with the product team to design and deliver scalable, high-performance systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor and grow a talented engineering team to achieve technical excellence.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative engineering culture that drives results.
  • Align engineering goals with business objectives to ensure strategic success.

System Architecture and Technical Vision:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive technical roadmap to support rapid scaling and stability.
  • Oversee system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability and security.
  • Make informed decisions on technology stacks, frameworks and development approaches.

Collaboration with Product Team:

  • Partner with the product team to align technical solutions with business goals and objectives.
  • Translate product requirements into clear engineering deliverables and timelines.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between product and engineering workflows for successful project delivery.

Execution and Innovation:

  • Drive end-to-end development of core platform features and improvements.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and adopt emerging technologies when appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 8-10 years of software development experience in PHP, Go, or Java.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and at least one modern framework is a plus.
  • Minimum 4 years leading multiple teams and as an individual contributor.
  • Strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web and backend services.
  • Ability to design and develop reusable, scalable components and services.
  • Experience with machine learning is a plus.
