Employee Relations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our employee relations efforts, fostering positive relationships with employees and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with employees at all levels, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints, ensuring fair and timely resolutions that meet company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to design and implement comprehensive employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive work environment and enhancing employee experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in employee relations, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to address complex employee-related issues, developing creative solutions that balance business needs with employee well-being.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in employee relations, HR, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful conflict resolution, employee engagement, and talent management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points If:

  • Certified Employee Relations Professional (CERP) designation.
  • Experience with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
