Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and prospective buyers, ensuring a positive first impression of our brand.
  • Manage front desk operations, including walk-in inquiries, calls, and appointment scheduling, providing timely and accurate responses to client queries.
  • Support sales teams by facilitating effective communication and documentation, streamlining the client experience.
  • Provide project-related information to visitors and direct them to the relevant department, ensuring seamless navigation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of client visits, inquiries, and interactions for reporting purposes, enabling data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and language to suit different audiences.
  • A pleasant personality, confident demeanor, and customer-focused attitude, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle client interactions with empathy and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook, to manage day-to-day tasks and administrative duties efficiently.
