We are seeking a seasoned business professional to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our goals and objectives.
Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges. You will lead workshops and requirements-gathering sessions to capture business processes and translate them into digital workflows.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have hands-on experience with BPM platforms, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
You will also be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing solutions using BPM platforms, partnering with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of digital solutions, and conducting gap analysis, process mapping, and feasibility studies for digital transformation projects.
In addition, you will provide consulting expertise on best practices in Business Process Management (BPM) and BPM capabilities, define KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and process performance monitoring strategies, and train business users and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6-8 years of experience in Business Consulting with a focus on BPM/Digital Transformation.
  • Hands-on experience with Appian BPM (preferred) or other BPM tools (Pega, IBM BPM, Camunda, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process design skills.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
  • Appian certification is a plus.
