Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our IT Governance initiatives in alignment with established frameworks and standards.
  • The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's IT governance strategy, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and enabling continuous improvement across IT functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Governance Frameworks:
    • Create and implement IT policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
    • Oversee policy development, compliance tracking, and IT service management continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate Risk Assessments and Audit Readiness:
    • C coordinate IT risk assessments, audit readiness activities, and regulatory reporting.
  • Maintain and Manage the IT Governance Calendar:
    • Maintain and manage the IT governance calendar, including governance forums, meetings, and action tracking.
  • Provide Expert Guidance:
    • Provide expert guidance on governance best practices, control mechanisms, and compliance frameworks.
  • Prepare Governance Documentation:
    • Prepare governance documentation, dashboards, and reports for senior management, risk committees, and audit boards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Governance, ITSM, Compliance, or Risk Management roles.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 20000 frameworks.
  • Relevant certifications such as COBIT, ITIL Expert, ISO 20000, CISA, or CGEIT are highly desirable.
