Job Opportunity: Project Coordinator

About the Role:

This position involves overseeing various project aspects, including stakeholder management, customer feedback recording, and satisfaction surveys. Additionally, it entails coordinating invoicing and dispatches to ensure timely delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to guarantee seamless project execution.
  • Analyze customer feedback, complaints, and coordinate corrective actions for implementation.
  • Initiate and manage customer satisfaction surveys to gauge project performance.
  • Coordinate with SCM (Supply Chain Management) teams to collect input for sales order creation.
  • Oversee transportation vendors to dispatch items in line with client requirements.
  • Inform project managers of significant hindrances to project progress and propose solutions to align with timelines, budgets, and quality objectives.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates and requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SAP SD/PS module knowledge is highly beneficial.
  • Possession of strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate efficiently with stakeholders.
  • Capacity to analyze complex situations and develop practical solutions.
