About the Role

This position is responsible for managing and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring it remains secure, efficient, and reliable.

  • Network Security: Design and implement robust security policies and protocols to safeguard against cyber threats and data breaches.
  • Firewall Management: Configure, monitor, and maintain Palo Alto, FortiGate, FMC, and Cisco ASA firewalls to ensure optimal performance and threat prevention.
  • VPN and Networking: Establish and manage site-to-site VPNs, troubleshoot networking issues, and optimize network protocols for maximum efficiency.
  • Threat Detection and Prevention: Implement threat detection and prevention strategies using tools like FortiGate, Cisco AMP, and Microsoft Sentinel to identify and mitigate potential threats.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Design and implement network security policies and protocols.
  • Configure and monitor firewall systems to ensure optimal performance and threat prevention.
  • Troubleshoot network issues and optimize network protocols for maximum efficiency.
  • Implement threat detection and prevention strategies using various tools and technologies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in network engineering, administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing secure network architectures and protocols.
  • Expertise in Palo Alto, FortiGate, FMC, and Cisco ASA firewalls, as well as VPN and networking protocols.
  • Familiarity with threat detection and prevention tools like FortiGate, Cisco AMP, and Microsoft Sentinel.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
