Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team in the field of Operational Excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Siemens Opcenter EXPH and be able to provide technical expertise in implementing upgrades and patching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Have 9-12 years of overall experience in Siemens Opcenter EXPH Installation, Qualification, Upgrade, Development, and Configuration.
  • Support the definition of integration of various hardware and software components, including Troubleshooting, managing re-work while testing, and validation activities.
  • Experience in Automation, SCADA, Historian, MES & related Software projects over the complete project delivery lifecycle.
  • Good experience of working on Oracle DB, .NET, C#, VB (proficient level), SQL, MS SSRS query building & reporting template design.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Siemens Opcenter EXPH modules such as User management, PI Management, PI Process, PI Review, Weighing & dispensing, XSI console, Equipment Management, Material Flow management, Weigh & Dispense, PI Assembly.
  • Analyze customization functions and conceptualize the design and development.
  • Design various recipe processes, simulate, and test.
