Full-Stack AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for building and optimizing AI models using efficient production-ready code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI models with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Evaluate performance by testing and ranking model outputs.
  • Fine-tune models with datasets for SFT and RLHF.
  • Raise the bar with code reviews, testing, and clean documentation.

Requirements:

  • Strong in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Experienced with Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Comfortable with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices.
  • Skilled with Docker.
  • Clear communicator who can explain their work in excellent English.

Desirable Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, prompting, fine-tuning).
  • A background in test-driven development, QA, or automated testing.
