AI Software Developer Position

We are seeking an AI Software Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing state-of-the-art NLP, Computer Vision, and Speech techniques.

This role involves collaborating with other AI researchers to develop innovative AI solutions and services that enhance our platform capabilities. Additionally, the candidate will mentor and lead experiments with other team members, conducting research and experiments in deep learning, machine learning, and related fields to support the development of AI techniques.

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with experience in machine learning and data analysis. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required, along with 3-4 years of industry experience in machine learning, with a focus on NLP and Computer Vision.

Key skills include hands-on experience in ML model development and deployment, as well as expertise in audio/speech technologies. Strong programming skills in Python, node.js, or other relevant programming languages are essential. Experience working with training and fine-tuning LLMs is a plus.

Responsibilities:
