Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to lead the design, development and maintenance of cutting-edge Python applications with a focus on AI/ML solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To implement and optimize machine learning models, data pipelines and APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into large-scale enterprise applications.
  • Write high-quality, efficient and maintainable code with proper testing and documentation.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices in AI/ML and Python development.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong focus on Python.
  • In-depth understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn etc).
  • Strong expertise in data structures, algorithms and system design.
  • A proven track record of delivering AI-driven applications in production environments.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG models or Agentic AI.
  • Experience in building intelligent agents or AI-powered products.

Critical Thinking and Problem Solving:

  • The ability to understand complex business problems and develop innovative solutions using AI/ML technologies.
